Family Exhibit Tour: Dressing Up the Past

This tour is covered by the cost of admission.
Visit the CHS for a special tour of Making Connecticut followed by a related craft! Through close-looking and hands-on activities, explore how clothing was made and how fashion has changed throughout history. Families will have the opportunity to card wool, “work” in a textile factory, and more!
Each tour is limited to 20 people. Pre-registration online is encouraged; any available spaces will be offered to walk ins. Families are encouraged to stay and continue to explore the exhibits after the tour and craft have ended.
