The Future Leaders of West Hartford is the West Hartford Chamber's young professional division; focused on the development and engagement of local young professionals in the business community. FLOW has successfully grown to over 150 members with social events attracting 100 attendees, philanthropic collaborations bettering the community, and education programs geared to career development.
