Author/illustrator J. C. Phillipps will talk about her new middle-grade graphic novel, Horn Slayer, and teach kids how to draw Slasher the Unicorn. There will be treats and a unicorn raffle basket. This FREE event is a great way to kick off a summer full of reading!
