Embracing Judaism –
This series of 18 classes is an introduction to Jewish belief and practice, values and traditions. The program will begin in October 2020 meeting in a West Hartford synagogue or online, depending upon pandemic conditions. In partnership with the Miller Program for Basic Judaism at the University of Judaism in Los Angeles, area Conservative rabbis of the Rabbinical Assembly guide students of every background to an understanding and appreciation of our Jewish heritage. Non-Jewish and Jewish participants are welcomed. Individuals of every race, religion, gender and sexual preference are encouraged to register. The entire series costs $180 with discounts available for significant others and full time students.  Scholarship aid is available on a confidential basis.
